Richardson, Texas — LifeSavers Foundation is honored to announce it has been selected once again by Texas Mutual Insurance Company as a recipient of a 2025 Generational Learning Grant. This year’s grant funding will specifically support the addition of a bilingual nurse practitioner at The Doctor Spot, LifeSavers Foundation’s pediatric medical clinic serving children in East Dallas. This enhancement allows the clinic to reach more families and improve communication and care for Spanish-speaking patients. The Doctor Spot provides vital health services, including well and sick visits, immunizations, sports physicals, vision and hearing screenings, lab work, and chronic condition care for issues such as asthma and diabetes. Expanded staffing ensures that more children receive the care they need, and families are better equipped to thrive.
“Access to quality health care is foundational to family success,” said Saunde O’Kelley, Foundation Administrator. “Texas Mutual’s investment helps us meet children’s health needs today while building stronger families for tomorrow. We are deeply grateful for their continued partnership.”
