Kate brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a career dedicated to strengthening mission-driven organizations through leadership, fundraising, organizational development, and Christian service.

Although new to the Executive Director role, Kate is already familiar with the ministry. Since 2024, she has served as LifeSavers Foundation’s grant writer, helping secure more than $103,000 in grant funding that expanded the organization’s ability to serve families across North Texas.

Her previous leadership experience includes roles with The Philanthropy Lab and The Nehemiah Company, along with service on several nonprofit boards. She has also served internationally on the mission field in North Africa and remains committed to faith-centered service.

“Kate’s experience, leadership, and heart for ministry make her the right person to lead LifeSavers Foundation into its next chapter,” said Founder and Board Chair Jody Mow.

Kate holds a Master of Arts in Business Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Oklahoma.
